The book includes interviews with artists who have worked with Paul including Noel Gallagher, Steve Cradock, Sir Peter Blake, Mick Talbot, and both Rick Buckler and Bruce Foxton from The Jam as well as many of the studio hands, sleeve designers and interviews with members from Paul’s family.

Avialable as a digital download only.

From the mighty pen of Ian Snowball. Have read all of his books and he’s always passionate about his subject. This one’s no exception. Paul Wellers studio work album to album, Solo and Style Council through to The Jam. Brilliantly researched with some insider interviews from many of the main players including the man himself. What’s not to like…great book about of one this country’s greatest songwriter
A ‘must have’ for Weller fans, TSC fans, and Jam fans! A perfect accompaniment to your cd/album collection. I’ve particularly enjoyed sticking an album on and reading about it’s background/ making whilst listening. Another Snowy classic! 5 stars.
I found it an easy read and I learnt some new things about the great man. The real benefit is the desire it gives you to play some of your old albums and find those hidden gems that have not been played for while. Weller's music gets better with age and it also made me hunt out the few albums.
Album by album (albeit in reverse chronological order!) insight into the career of one of Britain's most talented musicians - written by a fan for fans - fascinating!
